Free CPR Training  –  What You’ll Learn

This free Hands-Only CPR training (non-certification) covers essential life-saving techniques

❤️ Skills Covered

  • ✓ Adult Hands-Only CPR
  • ✓ Child & infant CPR (with breaths)
  • ✓ Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
  • ✓ Choking relief for adults, children & infants
  • ✓ Distinguish heart attack from cardiac arrest

     About This Training

  • This is a non-certification skills training based on the American Heart Association’s Family & Friends CPR program.
  • Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America. By learning Hands-Only CPR, you can double or triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chance of survival.
  • Calling 9-1-1 is important, however, usually these responders are 8 to 15 minutes away. For cardiac arrest, someone in your school, workplace, or home needs to do CPR, use an AED.

Classes are approximately 75 minutes and open to age 13 and above.

Optional: Support School and Youth Cardiac Arrest Prevention

Our Hands-Only CPR training is completely free, no obligation, and Newnan CPR will not accept any funds.

If you would like to support an awesome charity, working hard to prevent cardiac arrest tragedies in schools and youth sports, this is for you.   My friends Kim and Matt Mangine, Sr. established a foundation after their healthy, active, 16-year old son died from cardiac arrest at soccer practice. Consider donating to the Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation.

They promote awareness, education, and safety measures for cardiac emergencies in youth/high school sports, including
Emergency Action Plans and improved access to AEDs.  Donations go directly to their 501(c)(3) efforts to help keep young athletes safer!
