Newnan CPR Policies, Terms and Conditions
We use this terms and conditions page to inform our users of the various Policies, Terms, and Conditions we use in our business. Also, how we gather and use the information from our website. These terms and conditions include our Class Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy for items purchased on our website. It also includes our Book Policy for American Heart Assn. (AHA) courses, and our Privacy Policy, etc.

CLASS CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, AND REFUND POLICY
When you enroll in one of our classes, a seat in the class is reserved just 
for YOU, and space in our classes is limited. We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule a class.
- If we cancel a class, all enrolled students will be notified via, phone, text or email prior to the class. We will offer students a 100% refund of course fee, or reschedule to any future class – student’s choice.
- Registration cancellations with at least 48-hour notice. We will either reschedule you for any future Newnan CPR class, or provide a 100% refund of course fee – student’s choice.
- Registration cancellations prior to class start, but less than 48-hour notice. No refund of the course fee, but we’ll allow you to reschedule to any future Newnan CPR class.
- No-shows to a class. Students will not receive a refund, but can reschedule within 60 days to a future class with a $20 reschedule fee.
RETURN POLICY (for Masks, AEDs, AED Accessories)
Return purchased items in “as-new” condition within 30 days of receipt for full refund minus the shipping charge. This applies to CPR masks, valves, AEDs, and AED accessories. See Class Cancellation policy for course fees, and see Book Policy for course books. Purchaser returning item is also responsible for cost of shipping item back to us. BOOK POLICY
(For AHA Classes)
AHA requires “each student to have a current course textbook readily available for use” before, during and after a course. We advise our students where they can purchase a student manual or eBook prior to the class. We will have “Loaner books” for each student in class, for their use in class. Students can purchase new student book or “Loaner book”, if they desire to take a book home after class. 
We sell new AHA books (BLS for $17, Heartsaver CPR/AED or First Aid/CPR/AED for $7). Add $5.50 shipping if student wants a book mailed. If purchasing a book at the same time as enrolling for a class, we assume you want the book brought to the class by instructor. Alternately, you can advise us to mail it to you (with a $5.50 shipping charge).
You can return new (unopened) books prior to class start for a 100% refund. Do this by returning item in person, or pay for shipping to us. Opened or used books may not be returned or refunded for any reason. Books purchased for your class may not be used during the class and then returned for a refund, unless books are unopened and still in original wrapping.
SHIPPING POLICY
This policy applies only to the face masks, AEDs and AED accessories sold on our website. It also applies to those books purchased that are mailed to a student’s home or work address.
Shipping policy for Website purchases: Books, face masks, AED accessories purchased on website will be processed for shipping within 2 business days. But, may be processed 
for drop shipment through a book distributor or AED supplier. This may add 2 days processing time and take 5-7 days for delivery. Items are shipped only to U. S. addresses. If shipment is returned to us because the receiving end refused the package or is not available to accept the package, purchaser will be responsible to pay for reshipping and re-handling fees.

Newnan CPR is committed to keeping personal information private. That means whether you attend a course, or purchase an item. We keep information collected secure, confidential, and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to explain our commitment to privacy. We realize our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards. This Privacy Policy applies to Newnan CPR, and governs any and all data collection and usage thereof. Collection of Information – This website collects various types of information, such as:
- Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information, etc. We obtain such information when you enroll in classes or purchase products or services. It is used solely to deliver the services/products you have requested.
Please rest assured that this site shall only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed membership forms, and emails. Our intent is to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically provided on this site.

Use of Information Collected – Newnan CPR may collect and make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you request. Newnan CPR may contact you regarding completing surveys of our current services, or questionnaires regarding potential future services we may offer. Unsubscribe or Opt-Out – All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters.
